Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unopened, unused, with all original packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@layerparfums.com. Note: Returns must be sent to the following address: 231 Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, France.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, Layer Paris does not accept returns on opened or used perfume and candles. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
14-Day legal cooling off period in the EU
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in its original, sealed packaging, unopened and unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within ten business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
